For day trips, please note that we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this, the boat will depart and your deposit will be forfeited.
PLEASE NOTE:
Refunds are issued for the amount we received; bank conversion rates may vary and any differences due to exchange rates or your bank’s policies are not our responsibility. -
We do our absolute best to never have to cancel a trip. However, we do reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time for any reason.
Trip cancellation due to a reason we have control over: You will receive a full refund for all costs paid to us.
Trip cancellation due to an act of god, weather, natural disaster, political upheaval, or any unforeseen issue(s) that are beyond our control: We will work with you to recover costs when possible and/or reschedule a trip if possible.
What happens if we can’t go out to sea because of bad weather conditions?Sometimes mother nature’s plans may not align with ours and the conditions out at sea are too rough to risk your safety. If this happens and WE say that it’s too rough to go out, the following steps will be taken:
For single-day trips: We will make every effort to arrange an alternative date for your activity within the duration of your trip. If rescheduling proves unfeasible, you have the option to apply your deposit towards a upcoming trip, or you may request a refund.
For Multi-Day Expeditions: often this is out of our control and as we pay for a package ahead of time we can not offer you a partial refund for the missed boat trips. We will always look for an alternative activity that we can do instead of the missed boat trip.
If you choose not to go on the boat because of the conditions, but we think it's safe, kindly note that no refund will be given.
Please note: We are unable to cover any costs you incur should there be any type of cancellation, including flight changes, ticket fees, vacation time, etc. For this reason, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. -
Our group prices are based on a bulk rate structure - your special pricing and benefits are possible because you’re booking as a group.
Please note that if one or more members cancel close to the expedition date, this may affect your overall group discount. If your group drops below the minimum required number to be a group (5 people), your booking may no longer qualify for the group rate.
If this situation comes up, we’ll always reach out to you directly to discuss options and find the best solution together.

Expeditions
All participants are required to have valid travel and medical insurance for the full duration of their time abroad. A copy of your insurance policy must be submitted to us before you are officially allowed to join an expedition. If your coverage is through your credit card, please provide a copy of that policy as well. This ensures that, in case of an emergency, we can assist you to the best of our abilities.
Day Trips
Travel and medical insurance are not mandatory for day trips but are strongly recommended. Accidents are extremely rare, but we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage to you or your belongings while on tour.

If you don’t already have insurance or aren’t sure which policy to choose, we suggest Dive Assure - they offer excellent plans tailored for adventure travel. -
